Relocating to Celebration?

Your essential checklist for moving to Florida

Florida Driver's License

New residents must obtain a Florida driver's license within 30 days of establishing residency. Visit your local FLHSMV office with proof of identity.

Homestead Exemption

Save up to $50,000 on your property's assessed value. File with the Osceola County Property Appraiser by March 1 of the year following purchase.

Utility Setup

Set up electric (Duke Energy -- 800.700.8744 -- duke-energy.com), water (Enterprise Community Development District), and cable/internet (Smart City or Comcast) before your move-in date. Waste services are collected with HOA fees -- no separate setup needed.

School Enrollment

Celebration School (K-8) and Celebration High School are zoned for the community. Contact Osceola County Schools for enrollment requirements.

HOA Registration
